What You’ll Do: Serving as the frontline primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional day-to-day service, support, and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Acting as a liaison between Commercial Bankers and key internal partners to ensure each client’s needs are met efficiently and consistently while maintaining a strong focus on service, accuracy, and communication. Processing daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, troubleshooting, wire processing, advances, transfers, and pay downs on loans. Maintaining working knowledge of Wintrust products, services, policy, and processes while providing accurate, up-to-date information, and resources to clients as needed. Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Qualifications: 1-3 years of customer service experience, retail or commercial banking preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize projects. A self-motivated employee and an effective team player. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads, especially during high-demand periods. Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize competing demands. Proficient in core banking platforms such as FIS, FCM, and Salesforce preferred.
