Position Summary The DTC Operations Specialist supports the planning, production coordination, and day-to-day management of campaign and always-on content across CHAGEE Korea’s digital channels. This role works closely with relevant APAC teams and external partners to maintain content quality, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Content Planning and Production Coordination: Support content planning and the end-to-end production process for brand campaigns and digital channel activities. Project and Timeline Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage content production timelines and track project progress. Content Quality Assurance: Review campaign and always-on content for quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines. Digital Channel Operations: Monitor content on CHAGEE’s app and O2O platforms and support promotional activities. Agency and Budget Coordination: Work with external partners to support production cost tracking, quotation reviews, and invoice and payment processing. Operational Process Improvement: Improve operational efficiency through content asset management and workflow standardization. Qualifications Requirements Experience: At least 3 years of experience in content planning, digital marketing, brand campaign operations, or a related field. Functional Skills:Understanding of digital content and campaign production and execution processes.Ability to develop content plans and production briefs.Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in an organized manner.Ability to thoroughly review content for accuracy and overall quality. Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Language Skills: Ability to plan and write content in Korean, understand work-related materials in English, and handle basic written business communication in English. Core Competencies:Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.Effective prioritization and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work. Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing or content operations for F&B, retail, franchise, or consumer goods brands. Experience working with advertising or design agencies and managing production projects. Basic content creation and editing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Figma.
