Sets and reviews standards and ensures that they, through effective training, they are communicated to all Housekeeping staff. Ensure that all public, guest-facing and back of house areas of the hotel are properly cleaned at all times. Ensure health & safety requirements are adhered to. Ensure that departmental SOP’s/LSOP’s are current and in effect and available for all Team Members to use as reference, revise and update when necessary. Fully support and release staff for Task Force Missions required to support the opening of new Minor Hotels and other MINT properties, and other special events catered by Minor International.
