Job Summary
Drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships within Indonesia’s broadcaster and publisher sector. This role focuses on generating new business, securing contract renewals, identifying up-selling opportunities, and delivering tailored commercial solutions to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within the Indonesian media sector to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the end-to-end contract renewal process for assigned accounts, proactively addressing risks to ensure high client retention.
Develop tailored pitch decks, proposals, and pricing recommendations that articulate the value of our solution and business impact
Analyze client needs and product usage to identify and close upselling opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day commercial queries, leading negotiations alongside Legal and Finance teams.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain a highly accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, opportunity records, and account data in Salesforce CRM.
- Track renewal timelines and provide regular revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and account performance reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5 years above of B2B sales, account management, or commercial experience, preferably in the media, broadcasting, or market research industry.
Solid understanding of Indonesia’s media and television broadcasting landscape.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
