Purpose of the Job

Are you an experienced CDD professional looking to develop your expertise within a growing global funds business? Join Ocorian's Alternative Investments/Global Funds team and play a key role in protecting our business and clients through the delivery of high-quality investor due diligence and onboarding activities.

In this role, you will support the onboarding and ongoing monitoring of a diverse range of investors, helping to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations while contributing to an efficient and positive client experience. • Review ownership structures and beneficial ownership information, identifying risks, resolving documentation gaps, and supporting accurate risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Fund Administration, Compliance, and specialist teams to progress CDD matters, obtain approvals, and deliver efficient onboarding outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, screening results, and due diligence documentation while ensuring internal procedures and controls are consistently followed.
  • Support the wider CDD function through knowledge sharing, risk escalation, process improvements, and deputising for the CDD Manager when required.
