Job Responsibilities • Manage and ensure seamless operation efficiency on multi trade assignment • Work closely with the users on their requirements and PRs • Ensure specs are verified/clarified prior to processing user PRs • Prepare & justify BAW, and ensure it is in compliance with procurement's P&P • Follow through and monitor the whole process of PR/BAW/PO/Goods Received • Formulate base case analysis & summary creation • Create & verity product specification database • Create and maintain vendor database analysis and summary Job Requirements Education & Certification • Degree in a related field of study preferred • Preferably a member of institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management Experience • Minimum 5 years working experience with some supervisory experience Other Prerequisites • Hotel, Hospitality or Retail procurement exposure an advantage • Knowledge in Microsoft Office • SAP exposure preferred • Basic business sense and mathematical logic Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
