Job Description - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables and adherence to collection targets. Proactively monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue invoices, and drive resolution of payment delays. Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions, and billing issues in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support effective collections and reduce overdue balances. Conduct credit reviews and assess customer financial and payment performance to identify potential risks. Support the maintenance of credit limits, payment terms, and order release decisions in line with company policies. Monitor credit exposure and escalate high-risk accounts to minimize bad debt and financial risk. Prepare and analyze AR, collections, and credit management reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Credit teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash operations. Handle complex customer cases, escalations, and high-value accounts with limited supervision. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and audit requirements. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.
