You will also assist in maintaining laboratory equipment, instruments, and tools to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing according to established procedures. Analyze, interpret, and accurately report laboratory results. Maintain quality control standards and regulatory compliance. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Document testing activities and results in laboratory information systems. Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care. Follow safety, infection control, and department protocols. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemical Science, or related field required.
