Key Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in Lebanon's financial services sector, preferably in capital markets and trading.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including equities, Forex, commodities, and other trading instruments.
- Proven sales track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and a professional appearance.
- An established professional social media presence and a relevant follower network are considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales KPIs.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with DFS policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
