PRIMARY FUNCTION:  As the Manager of Printing Services, you will be leading and developing a team of production team members in a fast-paced 24-7 production environment. In this role you are responsible for coordinating projects, training team members and contractors, monitoring product and packaging quality, ensuring adherence to the production schedule, assigning work to team members and external contractors, maintaining and purchasing inventory of supply items, orienting new team members and ensuring safety practices and processes are adhered to at all times. As the Manager of Printing Services, you are accountable to completing all tasks as assigned by the Sr. Manager.
