Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Temporary) to support end‑to‑end recruiting activities for a wide range of engineering and professional positions. This role will support high‑volume and specialized hiring needs in alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer end‑to‑end staffing and recruiting processes Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and support approved requisitions Identify, evaluate, and leverage appropriate recruiting channels, including internal postings, agencies, and external platforms Source, screen, and assess candidates while building and maintaining a strong, sustainable talent pipeline Collaborate closely with recruiting agencies and external vendors Support recruiting activities by participating in online and offline job fairs and recruiting events as needed Maintain and review recruiting data and metrics to monitor hiring progress, ensure data accuracy, and support reporting and analysis of recruiting activities Support onboarding operations and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
