[What the role is] We are seeking a meticulous and proactive finance professional to support our revenue and financial operations. [What you will be working on] Your key responsibilities include the following: Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items. Identify and accurately apply customer receipts against open invoices. Monitor the Training Management System (TMS)–Workday interface and resolve transaction or interface exceptions. Process course participant refunds accurately and promptly. Support TMS-related month-end closing and ensure revenue and costs are completely and accurately recorded. Prepare journal entries for accounting corrections and reclassifications. Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit trails. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and system vendors to resolve operational and system issues. Proactively follow up and escalate outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution. [What we are looking for] Areas of study in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong attention to detail Independent and ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution Comfortable working in transaction-intensive environment, with a strong commitment to financial controls and service excellence Relevant experience in finance or accounting operations Experience in ERP/financial systems, particularly Workday Financial Management or Treasury Management Systems is preferred Successful candidate will be employed on an 11-month contract basis.
