What We Are Looking For!
Shift hours - 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday - Friday with overtime on Saturdays; 3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:30am, Sunday - Thursday with overtime on Friday nights.
Safely and efficiently operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and transport materials throughout the facility.
Supply production lines with raw materials, packaging supplies, and other materials needed to maintain continuous operations.
Remove finished products from production lines and transport them to designated storage or staging areas.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks as needed, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.
Verify material quantities, product identification, and proper labeling before transporting or storing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
Ensure materials are stored in designated locations according to company procedures.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
Follow all company safety procedures, including forklift operation, pedestrian awareness, proper material handling, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).
Communicate with production personnel and supervisors regarding material shortages, delays, or other concerns.
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring!
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous material handling, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and material movement procedures preferred.
Ability to read material labels, work orders, and production schedules.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production teams.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed.
