About the Opportunity The Fulfillment Team Lead oversees the RF Directed (RFD) and Pick to Light (PTL) pick lines. Provide Leadership support for the Fulfillment Supervisors and Operation ensuring that KPI‚Äôs concerning Safety, Quality, People and Productivity are accurately reported and achieved. Daily responsibilities include waving orders, oversee replenishment operations, resolution of Inventory health concerns by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action while ensuring a consistent workflow through our WMS. The lead also is responsible for labor management, drive all Safety Initiatives and assignments based on department need to support the daily management and prioritization of team members to meet or exceed all performance standards, including Safety, Quality, Performance and Reliability.
