Guesty is looking for an exceptional Market Manager – France to accelerate our growth across the French market, with a particular focus on Southern France.

This is a quota-carrying commercial role for someone who combines strong SaaS sales ability with the entrepreneurial mindset required to build and develop a market.

• Own new business revenue and growth across your territory in France.
• Build and execute a territory strategy focused on the accounts and opportunities with the greatest commercial potential.
• Develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, market relationships, referrals, partnerships and events, alongside opportunities generated by our BDR and Marketing teams.
• Own the complete sales cycle from initial engagement and discovery through product demonstration, commercial negotiation and signature.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, senior operators and other key decision-makers.
• Understand how prospective customers operate today, where they want to grow and the commercial or operational challenges preventing them from getting there.
• Position Guesty's wider platform and product ecosystem against those challenges rather than approaching opportunities as a single-product PMS sale.
• Develop a strong understanding of the French competitive landscape and identify opportunities to win market share from incumbent platforms.
• Build compelling business cases around operational efficiency, automation, revenue growth and scalability.
• Create urgency and maintain control of opportunities through clear next steps, mutual commitments and strong commercial judgement.
• Work closely with Product, Solutions, Onboarding and Customer Success to navigate complex customer requirements and accelerate strategic opportunities.
• Represent Guesty in-market through customer meetings, industry events, partnerships and hospitality communities.
• Maintain excellent CRM discipline with accurate opportunity management, next steps, close dates and forecasting.
• Take accountability for commercial outcomes across your territory — not simply activity.

First and foremost, you know how to sell.

We're looking for someone with:

• A strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within Mid-Market or another complex sales environment.
• A history of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong outbound capability and the ability to create pipeline independently rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
• Excellent discovery skills and the ability to understand the business problem behind a customer's initial request.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Confidence engaging and negotiating with founders, CEOs and senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to independently determine what needs to happen to progress and close an opportunity.
• A disciplined approach to pipeline management, CRM hygiene and forecasting.
• The ability to create urgency without sacrificing the quality of the customer relationship.
• A competitive, resilient and highly accountable mindset.
• The ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within an international organisation.
• Native or fluent French and strong professional English.
• Ideally based in Southern France or able to spend significant time developing the region.
