- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage restaurant bookings, cancellations, amendments, and special guest requests.
- Provide accurate information about restaurant concepts, menus, operating hours, promotions, and special events.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all bookings are updated in the reservation system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests.
- Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote restaurant outlets, special offers, events, and dining experiences to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Follow reservation procedures, service standards, and established communication protocols.
- Support daily reservation operations and prepare booking updates or reports when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Call Center, Guest Relations, or F&B Reservations.
- Strong customer service, telephone etiquette, and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, outlet concepts, and service hours.
- Experience using reservation systems and maintaining accurate booking records.
