Translate research findings into workflow models, recommendations, and opportunity areas that guide product strategy. Collaborate with scientists, automation specialists, product managers, and development teams to ensure solutions are grounded in real-world needs. Validate concepts with users and refine solutions before implementation. Across Both Areas Advocate for the user perspective in cross-functional discussions and decision-making. Experience conducting qualitative UX research and translating findings into actionable product insights. Strong skills in workflow design, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and UI design. Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting products from discovery through launch.
