Coordinate engineering deliverables with Electrical, Controls, Supply Chain, Installation, and Project Management teams. Document engineering decisions through design reports, installation files, engineering instructions, and field support documentation. Support site surveys, installation activities, commissioning efforts, and issue resolution. Manage assigned project deliverables while maintaining schedule commitments and communicating status, risks, and required actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and development of engineering standards, tools, and best practices. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and new team members as assigned. Follow Vanderlande safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout project execution.
