Job Summary
The TSQ Specialist plays a critical role in supporting project execution by ensuring compliance with safety, training, and
quality standards. This position works closely with the operations team and customers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail -oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to support project delivery and compliance
• Conduct site observations to identify safety and quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Issue and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for project teams
• Participate in site walks with customers to ensure alignment with expectations and standards
• Verify that all safety documentation —including permits, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and site-specific plans is completed and executed per customer requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting findings and contributing to lessons learned
• Maintain accurate records of safety compliance and project observations
• Perform additional TSQ-related duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and training practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with operations teams and customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a project environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem -solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the field
• Bilingual proficiency preferred
Education and Experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in safety, quality, or training roles within a project -based environment
• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with safety documentation processes and customer compliance standards
