You will also contribute to performance reporting, identify emerging trends, and help the team understand what resonates with online communities. This hands-on opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about digital culture, creator content, and social media who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow.

    • Prepare social media content for publication, including resizing, cropping, formatting, tagging, and making light edits.

    • Upload and schedule posts across social platforms, ensuring captions, metadata, tags, and formatting are accurate.

    • Maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, and posting queues to support timely execution.

    • Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines, campaign timelines, and platform requirements.

    • Support community engagement and social media monitoring when required.

    • Coordinate with creators and talent on content requirements, approvals, asset delivery, collaborations, usage confirmations, and posting timelines.

    • Help manage user-generated content submissions, cross-promotion schedules, and creator content delivery.

    • Track creator approvals, posting status, and deliverables using shared documents and project tracking tools.

    • Organize, label, and maintain social media assets, flagging missing or delayed materials.

    • Support content coordination for photoshoots, events, launches, and major campaign moments.

    • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions, contributing ideas informed by social trends and audience interests.

    • Track weekly performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and publishing volume.

    • Identify high-performing posts, content formats, and emerging trends to share with the social media team.

    • Contribute insights and performance observations to internal reports and campaign recaps.

    • Monitor platform updates and digital culture developments to inform future content planning.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 3 years of experience supporting or coordinating social media activities for entertainment, lifestyle, or culture-focused brands.

      • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter), as well as creator-focused content platforms.

      • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different brands and platforms.

      • Strong organizational skills and experience managing shared documents, content calendars, publishing schedules, and coordination workflows.

      • Good understanding of social media trends, memes, creator culture, and online fan communities.

      • Experience using social media management, publishing, and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Later, Buffer, or Dash Social.

      • Proficiency with collaborative tools and shared documents, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.

      • Basic hands-on experience editing short-form video using tools such as CapCut or Adobe applications, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

      • Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing content, checking captions, managing tags, and coordinating approvals.

      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate high-volume, fast-paced digital environments with clarity and composure.

      • Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and enthusiasm for digital culture and social media content.
