    • Support quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including tax form verification and distribution.

    • Follow established operating procedures, identify process gaps or exceptions, and communicate potential improvements to management.

      • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.

      • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assist employees and managers at different organizational levels.

      • Customer-focused approach and professionalism when handling sensitive payroll matters.

      • Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate routine discrepancies.

      • Efficient data entry skills and adaptability when learning new systems and processes.

      • High levels of discretion, integrity, and commitment to protecting confidential information.

      • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; equivalent education and experience may also be considered.

      • Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations is an advantage.

      • Familiarity with electronic timekeeping platforms such as UKG WFC, UKG Dimensions, or ADP eTime & Attendance is desirable.

      • Understanding of integrations between HRIS and payroll systems, general ledger platforms, and benefits systems is a plus.
