We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to strengthen access governance and protect enterprise systems. In this role, you will manage the full identity lifecycle, ensuring that access is granted, modified, reviewed, and revoked appropriately throughout employee journeys. You will help maintain secure access policies, identify excessive permissions, and mitigate risks through effective governance and controls. You will also contribute to automating IAM workflows, improving operational efficiency, and exploring practical applications of Artificial Intelligence to detect anomalies and optimize access reviews. Working collaboratively with different business and technology teams, you will support audits, monitor governance indicators, and drive continuous improvements. Accountabilities

• Manage the complete identity and access lifecycle, including employee onboarding, internal transfers, role changes, and offboarding.

• Administer access provisioning, modification, periodic review, and revocation across corporate systems.

• Conduct regular access reviews to identify excessive, inappropriate, or conflicting permissions.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of access matrices, security policies, and IAM controls.

• Identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities to strengthen identity and access management practices.

• Develop and improve IAM process automations to increase efficiency, security, and scalability.

• Explore and support the use of Artificial Intelligence for access analysis, anomaly detection, and process optimization.

• Assist with internal and external audits related to access governance and information security.

• Monitor governance, compliance, and access control indicators, helping ensure adherence to established policies and standards.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to simplify access processes while maintaining appropriate security controls.

Requirements:

• Practical professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Knowledge of identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.

• Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and permission management.

• Understanding of least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles.

• Experience with access governance, risk analysis, and Information Security controls.

• Knowledge of security standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, particularly ISO 27001 and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

• Autonomy and accountability in managing tasks, priorities, and deliverables.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

• A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in innovation, automation, and practical applications of Artificial Intelligence.

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience automating IAM processes, particularly employee onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding workflows.

• Knowledge of scripting, APIs, and system integrations for workflow automation.

• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to permission analysis, anomaly detection, or process optimization.

• Knowledge of data analysis, governance metrics, and dashboard development.

• Participation in digital transformation, automation, or Information Security control improvement projects.
