Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry?

We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 20 markets and more than 35 Emma stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

Ready to awaken your best with us?

What you'll do:

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of office infrastructure, ensuring all systems function smoothly and issues are resolved proactively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our landlord, contractors, and vendors, managing relationships and ensuring service excellence.
  • Manage cleaning operations and train the onsite team to uphold hygiene, organisation, and presentation standards across all areas.
  • Implement and maintain health & safety protocols, including risk assessments, emergency drills, and compliance checks, ensuring full alignment with local building, environmental, and workplace regulations.
  • Support and coordinate renovation or office improvement projects, aligning timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate pantry supplies and office purchases, maintaining inventory accuracy, supplier relations, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage occupational health services, including mandatory check-ups and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Employee Experience team to continuously improve workplace comfort and employee satisfaction.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have several years of experience in facilities, workplace, or office management within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • You’re highly organized, structured, and solution-oriented, you don’t just flag problems, you fix them.
  • You’re confident managing vendors, landlords, and external partners, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You’re comfortable handling contracts and coordinating with legal or procurement teams when needed.
  • You care deeply about creating a positive, safe, and engaging work environment for employees.
  • You’re hands-on and not afraid to get involved in the details, from daily operations to larger improvement projects.
  • You have good knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations and building compliance in Germany.
  • You speak fluent German and English and enjoy working with a diverse, multicultural team.

What we offer:

  • A professional environment where you will have the opportunity of running the daily facilities and office operations of an international workplace.
  • 25 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).
  • Being part of a mature scale-up that helps people sleep better.
  • Access to Nilo (mental health platform)
  • Pet-friendly office

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.
