About the Role
As our Field Technician, you’ll report to the Head of Field Operations and make sure our sensors reach the right sites, work reliably and stay accounted for. You’ll handle the physical side of our platform: order fulfillment, 3PL coordination, device inventory and on-site and phone support across the Los Angeles area. - Monitor the Circadia tablet and C100 devices in the field, troubleshoot problems and do routine hands-on maintenance
- Connect devices to facility networks, including Wi-Fi and VLAN setup, and fix connectivity issues
- Fulfill device and supply orders end to end in ShipStation, working daily with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner on receipts, shipments, stock levels and discrepancies
- Track every device through its full lifecycle (deployed, in transit, returned, refurbished, retired) and run regular inventory counts that reconcile ShipStation, 3PL reports and internal asset records
- Process returns, swaps and RMAs, then diagnose returned hardware and route it to repair, redeployment or retirement
- Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with precision and composure, ensuring our customers' needs are promptly met.
