Como Líder de Servicio Jr Contaremos contigo para: · Atención y servicio al cliente Recepción, orientación, seguimiento y cierre de solicitudes. Atención por canales Presenciales y remotos (teléfono, correo electrónico y canales digitales). Gestión de Equipo Coordinación con equipos operativos y articulación con áreas internas para asegurar ejecución correcta del servicio (Seguimiento a casos, escalaciones, excepciones y cumplimiento de SLA y acuerdo operativo). Gestión de procesos. Mejora continua de los procesos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y liderando iniciativas que fortalezcan la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente. Innovación tecnológica Identificar oportunidades de automatización en procesos manuales y participar en proyectos de transformación digital y modernización de sistemas. ¿Qué necesitas tener? Título profesional en Administración, Ingeniería o carreras a fin Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en operaciones de seguros (preferiblemente en beneficios/servicio al cliente) y potencial de liderazgo demostrado Idioma: Inglés Nivel B2 Sistemas: Manejo de herramientas de Office y enfoque en automatización de procesos.
