ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Using the team based approach, assists in the coordination of patient care under supervision of the health care provider (14%) Prepares and rooms patients within the clinic practice setting according to standardized work flows. Accurately obtains patient vital signs and history. May assist in the completion of various screening tools. (15% Assists providers with examinations and procedures. (15%) Provides follow up with patients via preferred method of communication in accordance with provider instructions. (14%) Prepares exam rooms for patient visit. Ensures adequate inventory of medical supplies. (14%) Accurately performs lab controls and equipment checks. (14%) Documents accurately in the electronic health record. (14%) Other duties as assigned or requested.
