Job Title: Intermediate Engineer-QMS Summary:  Implement all quality activities including Quality Design, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement, etc. according to Quality Management System and Momentive Quality System and Process. Ensure that the products comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and continuously keep improvement. Responsibilities Include: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in quality management system (QMS) operation, with proven ability to effectively implement and maintain systems such as ISO9001, IATF16949, EfFCI-GMP, Halal, and RSPO. Demonstrate strong understanding of product quality-related knowledge, with practical experience in quality assurance. Capable of developing quality assurance procedures and applying them in manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement. Responsible for the development, revision, distribution, and training of management system documentation (ISO9001, IATF16949, EfFCI-GMP, Halal, RSPO, etc.). Establish, maintain, and continuously optimize management systems; organize and support external audits, internal audits, and certification activities. Support the development of management review plans, prepare management review reports, and follow up on the execution of action items from management reviews. Collect, analyze, and report plant quality KPIs, providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations. Lead investigations of nonconforming products and quality issues, define and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
