Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Job Description Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse - Mixed Cardiac/Tele and Neuro/Stroke Unit Location: Elmhurst Main Hospital Campus Full-Time: 36/hr week Hours: 7:00am – 7:30pm (4-5 weekends in a 6 week period) and rotating holiday track What you will do: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served. This includes knowledge of the physical and psychological needs of patients served and the ability to respond appropriately to those needs. Provides virtual and bedside nursing to assigned patients. This includes monitoring and caring for patients. Communicates patient care information to the bedside RN. Acts as a knowledge resource to the bedside RN. May provide medication reconciliation, completion of procedure checklists, second nurse sign off for meds/skin checks, contacts families, answers questions for the patient and/or family, etc. Performs patient/family education and discharge planning.
