Greet every member and/or guest that enters and exits the facility. Swipe/Enter each member or guest into the facility and verify that membership information is accurate. Provide general information about classes, programs, services, special promotions, and answer inquiries via telephone or in person. Direct inquires/questions to the appropriate person if not familiar or unable to assist. Be able to conduct a tour of the facility and answer general membership questions. Complete register sale transactions for products and services and take membership payments. Update basic member information including: address, email, phone and credit cards in CSI software.
