Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea) Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-specific PAM requirements Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements Desirable Skills Master’s degree or advanced academic qualification Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to support PAM operations Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders What’s in it for you At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 25 - 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!
