Job Description Summary: The Lead Specialist, Benefits and Authorization - Specialty Operations is responsible for processing benefit verification or authorization for new and existing patients and acts as a team lead by assisting the Supervisor or Manager in training team members, resolving complex issues and leading special assignments. Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed Supervisory Responsibilities Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
