Comfort working with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales-engagement or prospecting tools. Persistence and resilience when facing unanswered outreach or rejection. Ability to listen actively, ask thoughtful initial questions, and recognize when a prospect may be a fit for a conversation with a senior seller. Ability to collaborate closely with account executives and sales leadership while working independently day to day.
