We are looking for a motivated Physical Design Engineer to join our global team and contribute to both advanced chip. What You Can Expect Drive RTL-to-GDS implementation, including synthesis, place & route, timing analysis, and timing closure. Perform timing and logic ECOs to achieve power, performance, and area (PPA) targets. Debug and resolve timing, congestion, and implementation challenges on complex designs. Develop and enhance physical design methodologies, automation, and flows using Tcl, Perl, and Python. Collaborate with RTL, architecture, timing, and CAD teams to deliver high-quality silicon products. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Understanding of RTL-to-GDS physical design flow and digital design fundamentals. Experience with synthesis, place & route, and STA. Proficiency in scripting (Tcl, Perl, Python) and software development fundamentals. Knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Resilient and adaptable when solving complex technical challenges. Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a passion for engineering excellence.
