Supervisor(a) de Seguridad patrimonial | Impala Terminals – Manzanillo 🚨 🔹 Actividades Apoyar la protección de personal y activos: prevención de pérdidas, respuesta a emergencias y seguridad en el trabajo. Realizar inspecciones no anunciadas en varios turnos y sitios. Revisarás seguridad perimetral, monitoreo CCTV, vigilancia externa. Supervisar la seguridad de envíos locales y de larga distancia, operaciones de contenedores, importaciones, exportaciones y transferencias. Dar seguimiento, investigar y resolver incidentes de protección de activos. Coordinarte con autoridades policiales, portuarias y militares para activar planes de respuesta inmediata ante emergencias. Hacer inspecciones aleatorias a unidades de transporte, personal interno y externo, y aplicar pruebas de alcoholímetro y pruebas rápidas. Impartir inducciones al personal de nuevo ingreso y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión Integrado (SIG). 🔹Requisitos 🎓 Nivel medio superior, formación militar o técnica en Seguridad Patrimonial, Seguridad Industrial, Seguridad Ocupacional o Criminología. 📜 Capacitación o certificaciones en supervisión de seguridad física, control de acceso, monitoreo de CCTV, respuesta a emergencias, protección civil y primeros auxilios. 🛠️ Conocimiento operativo de CCTV, alarmas perimetrales, control de acceso, comunicación por radio y rastreo GPS. 📍 Familiaridad con los protocolos de respuesta a emergencias y con las autoridades locales en Manzanillo. ✅ Conocimientos de ISO 9001 y 14001, HSEC y SIG. ⭐ Deseable: capacitación en BASC y Código PBIP (ISPS).
