How you will make an impact 1. You will promote a proactive HSE culture by guiding employees and managers in daily HSE decisions. 2. You will lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up on lessons learned. 3. You will conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards. 4. You will ensure compliance with local legal requirements. 5. You will analyze HSE performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 6. You will facilitate risk assessments and training activities, and ensure appropriate HSE tools and equipment are available and used. 7. You will drive implementation of HSE programs, initiatives and progress toward key HSE objectives and KPIs. 8. You will support the project team in implementing HSE programs. 9. Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. 6. Strong understanding of incident management and risk assessments.
