To lead and execute Stanbic Bank Botswana's Corporate Affairs, Reputation Management and Strategic Communications agenda, protecting and enhancing the Bank's reputation amongst customers, regulators, shareholders, employees, communities, media and other key stakeholders. The role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated internal and external communication strategies, managing media and public relations, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, corporate social investment (CSI), crisis, and issue management, and thought leadership initiatives. The role will strengthen trust, advocacy and visibility for the Bank while ensuring alignment with Standard Bank Group standards and strategic objectives.
