In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support key business projects and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, marketing and sales operations in the Iberia market. How you'll make an impact Support project management activities related to Ops Council initiatives and other cross-functional projects dedicated to Iberia. Assist in preparing presentations, project updates and communication materials for internal stakeholders. Support the coordination and promotion of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities. Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials. Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing commercial and business projects. Explore and leverage AI and digital tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency and ways of working. Collaborate with teams across the organization to support business priorities and deliver project objectives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Communication, Marketing or a related field. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level. Strong interest in Marketing and Project Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Previous internship, academic project or extracurricular experience related to marketing, sales, business development or project management. Experience working with digital collaboration tools. Interest in sustainability-related initiatives and commercial strategy. Spanish proficiency: nice to have.
