Responsibilities: Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings Mentor and train analysts The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
