Partner with the best As an AMO – Pressure Pumping you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, assembling, maintaining, repairing, and inspecting electro-mechanical equipment and assemblies. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. As an AMO – Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for: Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and inspecting electro-mechanical equipment and assemblies. Performing maintenance and repair activities on diesel engine and hydraulic equipment. Supporting pressure pumping operations through equipment servicing and technical support. Analyzing and interpreting operational and environmental test data to diagnose equipment issues. Assisting Engineering and Reliability teams with testing activities and experimental setups. Repairing, modifying, and correcting non-conforming equipment to meet operational requirements. Coaching and supporting junior technicians to develop technical competencies. Maintaining equipment records and supporting quality assurance processes. Performing basic electrical inspections and checks when required. Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and procedures. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of diesel engine equipment. Have experience working with Oil & Gas equipment, preferably Pressure Pumping equipment. Have proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic and diesel engine systems. Have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Have strong communication and teamwork skills. Have a strong commitment to safety and compliance with HSE requirements. Have the ability and willingness to coach and develop less experienced technicians.
