We are looking to hire a Contracts Manager who will provide contract negotiation and administration to support the delivery of contractual obligations for projects across India and the Middle East. We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Passionate drive to innovate and create Integrity to the core Enthusiastic customer focus Consistent interactive teamwork Desire for continuous improvement and top performance Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: Support contract management for India and the Middle East Review, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including commercial Supply Agreements, Service Agreements, and Amendments. Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure contract documentation in the contract database Develop the ability to learn Nextpower’s risk profile, understand how to adapt content to mitigate risks, and help develop strategies to minimize potential risks to the business Manage the contract lifecycle process, prepare all required documentation, coordinate business and legal approval and obtain appropriate signatures. Assist with the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance Coordinate with clients regarding industry standards Coordinate with the Sales and legal teams Support Project Managers with any contractual issues Report the status of current contract processes to management Resolve any existing contract conflicts Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages. Here is some of what you’ll need (required): 5-10 years of experience in contracts management. Attention to detail and a zero-defect mindset. Self-motivated with persistence to follow up with all required stakeholders to closure. Open minded and highly collaborative with teams across functions and regions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS office products Here is some of what you’ll need (valued): Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
