THE JOB: As an Ultra-Luxury Concierge, you'll deliver exceptional, personalized service to VIP Hotel, Casino, and Convention guests by anticipating their needs and creating memorable, high-end experiences. You’ll manage reservations, guest communications, and complex requests across multiple systems while maintaining expert knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and amenities to provide tailored recommendations. Acting as a liaison between departments, you’ll resolve issues promptly, coordinate special arrangements, to ensure every guest interaction meets Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5 Diamond standards creating WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
