As a Pricing & Estimating Manager – Manager Level 2, your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. As a Pricing & Estimating Manager you will support the career development of a team of pricing analysts. You will be involved with pre-proposal strategic engagement, along with the management of proposals, ROMs and NTEs. You will ensure estimating system compliance and provide recommendations to leadership on pricing requirements, obligations and risks. In this job, you will: Manage a team of pricing professionals who are engaged in the preparation of new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders spanning all contract types Provide oversight, support to and review of all cost proposal products, participate in strategy development and the presentation of financial data to leadership Provide sector representation for major proposals and initiatives, including NAR/ICE and Color Team reviews Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review Other duties as assigned Why you? Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of pricing or business management experience. Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
