Como Operador Básico, participarás en la operación de la línea de producción asignada, monitoreando variables del proceso y verificando que el producto cumpla con los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia. Tus responsabilidades • Participar en la operación de los equipos de la línea de producción asignada y monitorear variables como temperatura, velocidad, tiempos y presión. • Verificar que el producto cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad establecidas, incluyendo peso, volumen y apariencia. • Identificar y reportar oportunamente desviaciones a los equipos de Producción y/o Calidad. • Ejecutar actividades de limpieza y sanitización de equipos, manteniendo el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada. • Cumplir con las normas de seguridad de fábrica y utilizar correctamente los Equipos de Protección Personal (EPP). • Realizar actividades básicas de mantenimiento autónomo, como inspecciones visuales, ajustes y calibraciones menores y limpiezas técnicas. • Completar de forma precisa y oportuna los registros físicos y digitales del proceso, incluidos volumen producido, paradas, mermas y desperdicios. Buscamos a alguien que • Tenga mínimo 1 año de experiencia en fábricas, preferiblemente en la industria alimenticia. (Deseable) • Cuente con Bachillerato Técnico y conocimientos de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y Seguridad Industrial básica. • Pueda desenvolverse con confianza en entornos productivos, siguiendo procedimientos y estándares de calidad y seguridad. • Aporte capacidad de adaptación, atención al detalle, disciplina operativa y orientación a la mejora continua. • Tenga una visión integral (end-to-end) y se adueñe de sus resultados. • Se sienta cómodo/a trabajando en una organización ágil y en constante evolución. • Valore la colaboración, la claridad y formas de trabajo sin egos.
