Our Corporate Development team plays a key role in the company’s growth strategy, evaluating acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other strategic opportunities. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll work across finance, strategy, and operations to build valuation models, evaluate potential transactions, support due diligence, and provide insights that help guide business decisions. Location: Medford, OR | Lithia Home Office Target Hiring Range: $70,000–$95,000 Reports to: Manager, Network Development What You'll Do Build financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate potential acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and capital projects. Analyze financial statements, market data, and business performance to develop clear insights and recommendations for leadership. Support the due diligence process by partnering with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Real Estate, Operations, and other teams. Prepare reports, presentations, and transaction summaries for regional and senior leadership. Research markets, brands, and demographics to help identify and evaluate growth opportunities. Support post-acquisition financial and data integration, including financial statement and trial balance reconciliation. Partner across the business to ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and transitioned smoothly following an acquisition. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reporting, and create efficiencies as the Network Development function continues to evolve. What You'll Bring 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, corporate finance, or a related analytical role. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience with forecasting and valuation concepts such as DCF, IRR, and ROI. Ability to analyze financial statements and complex data and turn your findings into clear business insights. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to business leaders. Total Rewards At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $65,000–$95,000, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
