Perfil del candidato Buscamos una persona dinámica, resolutiva y con clara orientación a la venta, preferiblemente con experiencia previa en moda, retail o grandes almacenes. La posición requiere implicación en el día a día del punto de venta, capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y orientación tanto al cliente como a la consecución de objetivos comerciales. Entre las principales funciones estarán: Atención y asesoramiento al cliente. Venta activa y orientación a objetivos. Reposición y organización del producto. Mantenimiento y correcta presentación del espacio de venta. Visual merchandising. Organización y control del almacén. Apoyo en recepciones de mercancía y tareas operativas. Cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de TIMBERLAND. Requisitos Experiencia previa en venta de moda, retail o grandes almacenes. Alta orientación al cliente y a la venta. Perfil comercial y orientación a resultados. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo. Persona organizada, responsable y resolutiva.
