Job Summary
As a bilingual full lifecycle recruiter at Loenbro, you’re a subject matter expertise filling a wide range of construction positions at a high volume. You’ll communicate professionally with English and Spanish applicants and successfully recruit construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets into our fast-paced, ambiguous environment organization.
You'll drive Loenbro's employer branding, client satisfaction, and candidate experience initiatives.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Recruit high-volume craft and technical talent.
- Lead efforts to source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.
- Primary focus on recruiting within the electrical/mechanical construction and industrial fields.
- Contribute to enhancing Loenbro’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Utilize all available resources to attract, engage, and expand talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Manage applicant workflows effectively within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Meet and/or exceed Talent Acquisition deadlines and key performance indicators (KPI’s) as designated for role.
- Support multiple regions as needed.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
- Construction industry recruitment.

Work Environment:
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
