Senior Product Manager (all genders).

FULL TIMESENIOR LEVELPRODUCT

Your tasks

PRODUCT STRATEGY & OWNERSHIP: You take strategic and operational ownership of the continued development of our in-house software, Remdash. You continuously refine our product vision, identify new opportunities, and ensure that our product solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.

PRODUCT DISCOVERY & DEVELOPMENT: You own the entire product lifecycle – from identifying new product ideas and conducting user research to designing features, launching them successfully, and continuously improving them. You use customer feedback, usage data, and relevant KPIs to make informed product decisions.

ROADMAP & EXECUTION: You develop and prioritize our product roadmap, own the product backlog, and coordinate sprint and release planning and execution with our development team. You translate complex requirements into clear user stories and ensure that product development remains efficient and focused.

AI & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION: You identify opportunities to use AI in product management and integrate suitable AI tools into existing workflows – for example, to support product discovery, requirements management, data analysis, or process automation. You challenge existing processes and drive innovative, scalable solutions.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & PRODUCT ENABLEMENT: You act as the central link between Product, Development, Customer Success, Sales, and Management. You communicate product decisions transparently, present new features and releases, and help our teams communicate the value of Remdash to customers.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT: You have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibility for our Product Management team in the future and actively shape its development. You contribute your ideas, foster effective collaboration, and work closely with our CTO to further improve existing processes and structures.

Your profile

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE: You have completed a degree or comparable vocational qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field, and bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in digital product management – ideally in a SaaS, e-commerce, or startup environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: You have near-native German language skills (C2) and very good English skills, enabling you to communicate confidently with our national and international teams and stakeholders.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE: You have solid experience developing and executing product strategies, managing roadmaps and backlogs, and collaborating with agile development teams. Methods such as product discovery, user research, user story mapping, and KPI-driven product management are part of your everyday work.

AI & TECH AFFINITY: You have hands-on experience using AI tools in product management and know how to apply them meaningfully to increase efficiency, analyze information, and optimize workflows. You also bring a good technical understanding of modern software development and knowledge of UX/UI principles.

STRATEGIC & ANALYTICAL THINKING: You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mindset. You can structure complex requirements, make data-driven decisions, and stay on top of changing priorities. You always consider both user experience and business impact.

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION: You communicate clearly and convincingly and know how to bring different perspectives and requirements together. You enjoy working with developers, designers, and other stakeholders and can explain complex technical topics to non-technical teams.

OWNERSHIP & GROWTH MINDSET: You work independently, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset. You challenge existing processes, contribute fresh ideas, and are excited to help develop not only our software but also our product management processes.
