Job Summary: Enterprise Data Management International team is looking for a versatile and a technologist Developer who would be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Master Data Management (MDM) data solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across the organization. This role involves in you working closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to develop and maintain the MDM enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop MDM solutions to support business processes and data governance – including Data Quality rules development, maintenance and support Implement data integration processes to ensure accurate and consistent master data across systems Monitor and maintain the MDM environment, ensuring data quality and integrity Troubleshoot and resolve master and data quality related issues and discrepancies Utilize Collibra to manage data governance, data cataloging, and data stewardship activities Platform ownership including upgrades, configuration fixes, platform health monitoring Data migration and integration and Data Quality Products like Syniti's ADMM and ADM Data Catalog apps like Collibra, Data engineering and integration to GCP Qualification 2+ years of proven experience in development, enhancements and management of MDM Solution(s). Preferred experience in MDM Implementation projects/background Hands on experience in Data Integration, Data Migration, ETL and Data Quality Products like Syniti's ADMM and ADM Experience with MDM tools/platforms such as SimpleMDG or similar industry standards platforms like Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio Proficiency in SQL scripting of Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc and database management activities including DB Refreshes, DB Copy, Table refreshes Experience with Data quality management – Data Quality Rules & Master data Management processes and practices Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers medium-high complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team. Design and Development: Designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages or tools. Developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Testing and Maintenance: Performing unit testing and integration testing. Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. Documentation: Writing and maintaining technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections. Research and Development: Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Conducting research to discover new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and performance. Project Management: Participating in project planning, including estimating timeframes and resource requirements. Managing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects. Security and Compliance: Ensuring software security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implementing data protection and security measures. Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers or end-users to gather requirements and provide support. Translating customer requirements into technical specifications. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improving development processes and methodologies. Engaging in continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering Field or relevant experience. Experience: 2+ years relevant or practical experience. Soft Skills: Communication: Influencing collaborative meetings and interacting with stakeholders. Initiative: Proactively identifying and proposing development solutions. Problem-solving: Delivering medium to high-complexity tasks. Adaptability: Developing specialized skills and knowledge.
