Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.

SENIOR LEVELENGINEERING
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Global Technology team at MGS and provide technical leadership for the global unification of NetworkGuardian, which is a home-grown tool for automating a series of network security related processes. This role will own solution design and hands-on engineering across the application stack, helping consolidate regional implementations into a secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable global platform. The successful candidate will combine senior full stack engineering expertise with strong technical leadership, clear communication, and a pragmatic delivery mindset. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, information risk management, network security, product, operations, and business stakeholders across regions. Position Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for the NetworkGuardian unification roadmap, from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Design, build, review, and maintain end-to-end capabilities across the Python backend, Angular web application, MongoDB data layer, Power BI dashboards, Azure AI services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure virtual machines. Define and promote engineering standards for modular architecture, secure coding, API design, data handling, observability, performance, source control, documentation, and release management. Lead code reviews and guide engineering decisions, balancing delivery speed, technical debt, operational resilience, security, and long-term maintainability. Develop and execute automated tests, including unit, integration, API, UI, regression, and deployment validation, and integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Use approved AI-assisted coding tools responsibly to accelerate development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and code review while protecting confidential information and maintaining human accountability for code quality and security. Partner with regional teams and stakeholders to assess existing implementations, identify gaps and dependencies, and support migration toward a unified global solution. Troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues across the full stack and coordinate timely resolution with platform, cloud, security, and operations teams. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials. Mentor developers, share engineering practices, and communicate technical options, risks, status, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience leading the technical design, development, and production support of full-stack applications, while maintaining a hands-on role in software development. Strong Python development experience, including backend services, APIs, integration patterns, error handling, and maintainable application design. Strong Angular and modern web-development experience, including TypeScript, component-based design, state management, web security, performance, and test automation. Practical experience with MongoDB data modeling, queries, indexing, performance tuning, reliability, and secure access patterns. Experience building or integrating Power BI dashboards, including data preparation, data models, access control, refresh considerations, and stakeholder-focused reporting. Experience with Azure AI services and responsible integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure virtual machines, including containers, configuration, secrets, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Strong automated-testing capability and experience establishing repeatable quality validation within CI/CD workflows. Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools and applying appropriate review, security, privacy, and intellectual-property controls to generated code.• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to lead technical discussions and produce clear engineering documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment and influence engineering outcomes without relying solely on formal authority. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of computer networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, network security groups, ports and protocols, proxies, TLS, and cloud connectivity patterns. Knowledge of information risk management, cybersecurity governance, secure software development, control assessment, vulnerability management, audit, or related disciplines. Experience with global platform consolidation, application modernization, cloud migration, or unification of regionally operated solutions. Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead across multiple engineering disciplines. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, infrastructure as code, container security, software supply-chain controls, and Azure monitoring services.
