Key Responsibilities: Manage daily cash position, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and cross-bank cash pooling to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. Monitor cash targets and optimize surplus cash transfers while maintaining adequate working capital for upcoming payment obligations. Monitor bank exposure and counterparty limits, including LRAP-related controls, and support timely escalation where exposure approaches approved limits. Treasury monitoring and LRAP activities are also reflected in recent Treasury work. Oversee bank reconciliation and ABRS processes, including completeness and accuracy reviews, investigation of unmatched items, month-end reconciliation, and remediation of discrepancies. Manage banking relationships and coordinate banking services, payment solutions, corporate card initiatives, bank fees and service reviews. Support Treasury governance, audit and compliance requirements by maintaining appropriate controls, supporting documentation and evidence. Drive process improvement, automation and control enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational risk. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, banks and relevant functions to resolve Treasury and banking operational issues. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Accounting, or a related field. Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank reconciliation, and banking operations. Good command of English (especially writing and speaking) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
